Upgraded Dual Gear Extruder for FDM 3D Printers

Introducing the BIQU H2 V2S Extruder, the latest and upgraded version of our stainless steel gear extruder. With a focus on lightweight design, efficiency, and high precision, this extruder is perfect for a smooth 3D printing experience. Weighing only 195g, it is designed for easier filament feeding, with an upgraded switch lever to free your hands during the feeding process. The adjustable tension screw enables better filament grip and can accommodate flexible filament.

Efficient heat dissipation is achieved through a heatsink design optimized to prevent heat creep and ensure a longer lifespan of the extruder. The dual gear extrusion with 770N of extrusion force improves print speed and maximizes precision. The extruder is compatible with a variety of materials including PLA, ABS, TPU, Nylon, and PETG.

In terms of specifications, the extruder utilizes dual gear extrusion with a nozzle diameter of 0.4mm. It has a maximum printing temperature of 270°C and a maximum extrusion force of 7.5kg (dependent on the filaments). The extrusion rate is 600mm3/min, with a gear ratio of 7:1. It is compatible with filament diameters of 1.75mm ± 0.05mm.

These filaments are compatible with a printing speed of 40-80mm/s and printing temperatures ranging from 195-225°C. The filaments are designed to accommodate filament diameters of 1.75mm-2.85mm with a tolerance of ±0.03mm.

The upgraded version of the extruder features a bimetallic tube consisting of a copper alloy and GRADE5 titanium alloy, offering high temperature resistance, durability, and high precision.
